The CD rom is quite user friendly and its useful to see the format of the test. If you are already a car driver I dont think it would be of much use to you.Try Motorcycle Riding: the essential skills instead. DSA Official Publication, its much more useful. As someone who learned to drive years ago I found the theory test surprisingly easy.

This is the Official DSA Approved software & you just cant go wrong with it...100% first time! I was sitting laughing to myself as i sat the actual theory test as it was so easy...i had every area covered & this software is exactly the same as the real thing...I give this 10 stars!
